in need of government dude

So I have this dude, Elijah, and he's kind of an ex-government morph from the DC branch. Instead of auto-placing him back into the government, I'd actually like to roleplay it out with someone instead. As far as the thread situation go, it could be someone ambushing him and demanding he pays his duty to the goverment, or he goes to the government willingly because that works too, and has to actually find someone to vouch for him.

So the only qualification is that you need to be part of the government, morph or not, I don't see it as a big problem. We can discuss more and possible future plots. I'm not requesting an entirely new character for this, just someone to cajole Elijah into the govvie.

I'm not desperate. But actually am.
